Brisbane Capital to Form Broker Dealer
Firm to Focus on Underserved Middle Market Companies in $10 to $100 Million Range

Capital LLC ('Brisbane') announced plans to form a Broker
Dealer focused on middle market Merger & Acquisition and Access to Capital
transactions. According to Brisbane Managing Director, Warren Blanchard,
Jr., the firm has been planning to form a Broker Dealer and obtain licensing
as an NASD securities firm for several months. When Rick Nisbeth, a licensed
securities principal and former CEO of an Indianapolis based NASD firm joined
Brisbane last month, the principals decided to accelerate the process. Brisbane
expects to file its application by April 2003.
Brisbane is a boutique investment banking firm providing Merger & Acquisition
and Corporate Finance services from offices in Palm Beach Gardens and Miami,
Florida. The firm's focus is the middle market company with sales generally
between $10 and $100 million. The Principals have represented sell-side clients
