Brisbane Capital to Form Broker Dealer
Firm to Focus on Underserved Middle Market Companies in $10 to $100 Million Range

Palm Beach Gardens, FL, January 8, 2003 - Brisbane Capital LLC ('Brisbane') announced plans to form a Broker Dealer focused on middle market Merger & Acquisition and Access to Capital transactions. According to Brisbane Managing Director, Warren Blanchard, Jr., the firm has been planning to form a Broker Dealer and obtain licensing as an NASD securities firm for several months. When Rick Nisbeth, a licensed securities principal and former CEO of an Indianapolis based NASD firm joined Brisbane last month, the principals decided to accelerate the process. Brisbane expects to file its application by April 2003.
